The Equality Collaboration is seeking passionate, values-driven individuals to join our new Partnership Secretariat.
We warmly encourage applications from people across Southeast Asia and the Pacific who are committed to advancing gender equality, social justice, and the rights, wellbeing and leadership of LGBTQIA+ and SOGIESC-diverse communities.
The Equality Collaboration is a partnership between Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), Women's Fund Asia (WFA), and the Pacific Feminist Fund (PFF), working together to support LGBTQIA+ civil society and movements across Southeast Asia and the Pacific. The Partnership Secretariat plays a vital role in strengthening collaboration, learning, accountability and relationship-building across the partnership.
We are committed to fostering a feminist, intersectional, inclusive and affirming environment where people feel respected, valued and safe to bring their whole selves to the work. We particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of SOGIESC diversity and from communities that are often underrepresented in leadership and development spaces.
