It covers making sure senior leaders and representatives are accountable to the people they work with, training staff and trustees so they understand what safeguarding is and how it applies to their roles, handling reports so that survivors and those who raise concerns are protected, and ensuring that safeguarding measures do not themselves create harm. It was produced by the Resource and Support Hub Nigeria and is also published in Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba.
