Developed by UNDP Viet Nam, this study paper provides an overview of the nexus between human rights and climate change to inform policymakers and practitioners. It sets out the international human rights framework and shows how climate change impacts can affect the enjoyment of those rights, citing examples of climate policy responses that take human rights into account.
