This companion document to the Handbook on the OECD-DAC Gender Equality Policy Marker sets out the minimum recommended criteria DAC members use to determine whether an aid activity qualifies for a score of 0, 1 or 2 under the marker. It aims to ensure a common understanding among reporting institutions of what counts as gender equality-focused development finance.
