Engaging men and boys for gender-transformative WASH
Published in the Institute of Development Studies' Frontiers of Sanitation series, this issue examines how engaging men and boys in WASH processes can drive transformative change in gender roles and reduce gender inequalities across households, communities and policy. Drawing on examples from Water for Women-supported projects, it reviews progress since the first 2018 edition and offers practical recommendations for including men and boys in WASH programming.
