Gender equality and disability inclusion within water, sanitation and hygiene

Developed jointly by WaterAid, CBM Australia and Di Kilsby Consulting, this discussion paper reflects on applying integrated gender and disability advisory support to rights-based WASH programs in Timor-Leste and Papua New Guinea. Drawing on interviews with WaterAid Timor-Leste managers, it is intended as a conversation starter for WASH practitioners seeking to strengthen their understanding of gender and disability integration and move towards more transformative practice.
