Published by the Asian Development Bank Institute, this paper examines gender mainstreaming in trade facilitation across G20 countries, finding low levels of gender consideration based on the UN's Global Survey on Digital and Sustainable Trade Facilitation. It calls for the G20 to apply a gender lens to trade facilitation measures and jointly collect and share data on gender-related trade facilitation to promote inclusive trade for women traders.
