Published by Women in Global Health, this policy report ('Her Stories: Ending Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment of Women Health Workers') draws on 235 anonymous testimonies submitted through the #HealthToo platform to document the scale of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment faced by women, who make up 70 per cent of the global health workforce. It finds SEAH is enabled by wider gender inequities in health leadership and pay, and sets out recommendations for prevention, reporting and organisational accountability.
