Listen Include Respect: international guidelines for inclusive participation

Listen Include Respect are international guidelines that help organisations understand how to include people with intellectual disabilities in their work. Written by Inclusion International and Down Syndrome International, with input from over 1,500 people with intellectual disabilities and their families across almost 100 countries.

The guidelines are grounded in the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its right to "meaningful participation", and offer practical steps for organisations at any stage of their inclusion journey.
