This helpdesk report summarises the evidence on good practice in gender-based violence response and prevention service delivery in Jordan, with particular attention to the refugee population. It covers how to increase the local capacity of national civil society organisations and women's rights organisations, and how community engagement can be strengthened.

The report also sets out the specific challenges within the Jordanian context that shape the localisation of gender-based violence prevention and response, including registration and funding constraints and the relationship between international and national actors.
