The Pacific Regional Guidebook on Disability Statistics is a practical resource to strengthen the collection, analysis and use of disability data across Pacific Island countries and territories. It supports national statistical offices, government agencies and partners to produce high-quality, comparable disability statistics that align with international standards, including the Washington Group question sets, while reflecting Pacific contexts.

Developed by the Pacific Community (SPC) and the Pacific Group on Disability Statistics, with the University of Melbourne's Nossal Institute for Global Health and support from the Australian Government, the guidebook offers step-by-step guidance across the full data value chain, from collection through to dissemination and use. It aims to ensure people with disabilities are counted and included in policy, planning and services, in line with the commitment to leave no one behind.
