Produced by Deloitte Access Economics in collaboration with Australians Investing in Women and Minderoo Foundation, this report identifies six key actions for governments, businesses, philanthropists and communities to dismantle harmful gender norms in Australia. It estimates that addressing rigid gender norms could add 28 billion a year to the Australian economy and 461,000 additional full-time employees, building on the earlier Breaking the Norm report.
