In this report, the Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities, Catalina Devandas-Aguilar, underscores the progress and challenges in making international cooperation inclusive of and accessible to persons with disabilities and provides guidance to States and other international stakeholders on how to implement disability-inclusive strategies, policies, initiatives and partnerships.
