This report makes the economic case for increasing women's participation in Papua New Guinea's economy, setting out evidence on the barriers women face in the formal labour market and business sector and the productivity and growth benefits of closing these gaps. It highlights opportunities for businesses and policymakers to support women's economic participation as a driver of broader economic development in PNG.
