Published by the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC), this handbook explains the disability policy marker, a statistical tool within the OECD Creditor Reporting System that lets donors identify and report development finance activities related to disability inclusion. Approved in 2018, the marker increases transparency on financing dedicated to disability inclusion, and this handbook guides data reporters and users in applying and interpreting it.
