Developed jointly by UN Women, ECLAC, ILO, OHCHR, UNDP and other UN agencies, this policy paper provides a practical framework for the UN system to address care within the context of the Sustainable Development Goals and the Secretary-General's Our Common Agenda. It offers shared definitions, guiding principles and policy options to help harmonise UN agency efforts on advancing comprehensive, gender-equal care systems.
